By registering for the Continuous Improvement Convention, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Presentation Sharing
   Participants acknowledge and consent that their presentations may be viewed and shared with other attendees during and after the event. This sharing is intended to promote knowledge exchange and learning among participants.
2. Photography and Video Recording
   Participants agree to being photographed and/or video recorded throughout the event. These recordings may capture presentations, discussions, or interactions during the convention.
3. Documentation Sharing
   Any documentation, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and presentation materials, will be shared with other participants to enhance collaboration and information dissemination.
4. Use of Documentation for Promotional Purposes
   Participants grant the event organizers permission to use any documentation, including photos, videos, and other materials generated during the event, for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, marketing materials, and event recaps.
5. By proceeding with the registration, participants confirm that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
